Participants will receive a full refund (minus a $150 processing fee) if cancellation is received by March 23, 2026. Cancellations received from March 24, 2026, through March 30, 2026, are nonrefundable but can be transferred to the LEAP 2027 conference, or an alternate may attend in place of the original registrant. Cancellations on or after March 31, 2026, are nonrefundable and transfers are not permitted.
