Are you finding it increasingly challenging to navigate the ever-changing landscape of regulations and hurdles in the corporate world?

Like many companies and HR professionals, you are likely struggling to keep up with the dizzying amount of regulations and challenges coming your way. This includes the latest rules regarding pregnancy accommodations. In fact, we’re already seeing court cases against employers ignoring the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act.

And once the November votes are counted for the White House and Congress, employers will need to deal with the repercussions. Through this turmoil, you still need to foster connections with your employees, keep engagement numbers up and provide a psychologically safe environment for your workers.

Attend this FREE session and hear our employment law experts explore these challenges and how to deal with them. Leave with actionable takeaways on how your organization can develop a plan to move forward.

Then consider attending LEAP 2025, March 19-21 in Las Vegas, featuring all of these topics — more than 30 sessions on the biggest employment law issues plaguing HR professionals.
