Generational Differences:
Bridge the Divide and Sidestep Legal Landmines

Multiple Generations

Minimize the legal risks and bridge the generation gaps like a pro.

In this 75-minute interactive online training, you will learn how to:

  • Understand the different generational nuances while uniting instead of dividing employees.
  • Work through various situations with ease while sidestepping the legal risks.
  • Develop skills for your HR team and managers to lead your team to harmony.

Managing Generations in the Workplace:
Avoiding the Legal Pitfalls

With Gen Z entering the workplace, millennials already entrenched and an aging workforce of boomers and Generation X, there’s an alphabet soup of working styles and social norms at play.

Throw in the mastering of pronouns, emojis, social issues and other generational divides, and it’s a legal and professional minefield for HR professionals and managers to navigate. This important workshop will help you minimize the legal risks and bridge the generation gaps.

Our two expert speakers will walk you through various legal scenarios – real-life HR headaches that we will walk through during the workshop and that will give you a head start when you confront these issues in your own workplace.

HR professionals who attended this session live at LEAP 2024 said “the presenters were amazing,” and loved that the session was “full of different scenarios and examples.” Make plans to attend so you too can benefit from these key generational takeaways and advice.
