In today’s business environment, every aspect of a company must be re-examined for its value in creating and sustaining profitable growth. Now is the time for HR leaders to dig deeper into the tactical and operational drivers of business-aligned HR strategy, and show the value of HR in financial terms.

To add measurable value to a business, HR must be able to drive and enable the execution of strategy through building organizational capability, and implementing cost savings, cost avoidance, and revenue generation opportunities. This session examines six key areas where HR can seize accountability to make a vital financial impact on the success of the business, thereby enabling a company and its employees to win in the marketplace.

These financial impact touchpoints are meant as a framework for a conversation between C-suite and HR leaders, each of whom will come to these financial opportunities with a unique and valuable perspective.
