Essential topics that should be in your handbook

Is your handbook missing something? Start with this free list to do a thorough audit of what is and isn’t currently covered. Then, ask yourself these questions as you review each topic in your handbook:

  • Is this up-to-date with recent legislation, both federal and state?
  • Does this contradict another policy?
  • Is it saying too much, using confusing language, over-promising?
